Warehouse Aquatics has many different ways to help customers save money on both their aquatic and reptile supplies. The biggest way Warehouse Aquatics helps customers save money is that Warehouse Aquatics has a policy of offering "free standard delivery" to mainland Great Britain for all orders placed (over £49), so you don't have to worry about paying extra for shipping when you buy larger amounts. Smaller items are shipped using Royal Mail, which keeps shipping prices down. Larger/heavier items are usually shipped via a courier service such as Parcelforce; the total price of shipping is calculated once you add all the items into your cart.
If you want to purchase large quantities or would like your order delivered sooner, there is an option to upgrade your order to a "next day courier" service if all of the items you wish to purchase are in stock and your order was made prior to 2pm, during the week. Orders made on weekends will be dispatched on Mondays and you can pay extra for Saturday delivery. Keep in mind that some products, especially large/heavy ones, may incur an added cost, even though they qualify for "Free Delivery", depending on your location. This cost will be clearly shown when checking out.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently supported, so any orders will only ship to Mainland U.K. Addresses. If you need to return something, you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to return them. Returned items MUST be in NEW CONDITION and include ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES. You are required to cover all return shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you obtain PROOF OF POSTING TO PREVENT DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR REFUND. However, if you receive a defective/damaged product within 14 days of receiving it, Warehouse Aquatics will reimburse you for return shipping costs associated with the testing/repair of your product.
Most consumable parts/products, including but not limited to lighting tubes & impellers, DO NOT HAVE WARRANTIES UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
