Does Manfrotto offer Free Return? What are Manfrotto Returns & Exchange Policy? 

  • Make sure the products are in the same condition you received them (original packaging, manuals, cables, labels). Otherwise, Manfrotto will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

  • You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order.

  • Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased via the same credit card or payment method used. The refund will be issued as quickly as possible but within 15 working days.

  • The shipping cost for the original delivery method will not be refunded unless the product is confirmed to be faulty after inspection at our warehouse.

  • The shipping cost of returning the products back to their warehouse needs to be paid by the customer, Manfrotto currently do not offer free returns or pre-paid postage labels.

How about the Service & Repair at Manfrotto?

  • Broncolor and Sekonic products in the UK are covered by a two-year standard limited warranty from date of purchase.

  • All repairs must be sent to dedicated Service and Repairs centre (please see details below) prepaid. Equipment, which is repaired under warranty without charge, will be returned with normal transportation charges prepaid by Manfrotto Distribution.

  • Unfortunately, Manfrotto Distribution cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to or from their service facility. That responsibility lies in the hands of the shipper. Manfrotto Distribution strongly recommends that any shipments be sent with a carrier that provides a tracking number, such as TNT, UPS or FedEx, or that they at least be sent insured from the carrier.
