NDC provides Free Same Working Day Shipping for UK orders placed before 3:30 PM. They also offer worldwide shipping. To ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, NDC partners with several trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery service and review the estimated delivery timeframe. While the estimated delivery windows tend to be generous, NDC strives to dispatch and deliver orders sooner whenever possible.
Most orders placed before their cut-off time are shipped the same working day, while purchases made after 3:30 PM, on weekends, or during public holidays will typically be dispatched the next working day. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can easily retrieve tracking information by logging into your NDC account and checking your order history.

What are NDC’s returns & refunds policies?

Returns for UK Customers
If you're based in the UK and wish to return your item(s), you must inform NDC via email or letter within 14 working days of receiving your order. After notifying them, you will have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the items at your own cost.

Returns for International Customers

Refunds
