You can cancel within 30 days of delivery or installation by letting them know in writing and returning the equipment in good condition. Return shipping is your responsibility until it arrives, but once it’s received, a refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds may be reduced or refused if the items are damaged, incomplete or returned more than 14 days after cancellation. If SureSafe initiates the cancellation, they’ll provide at least 28 days’ notice, cover the return shipping and issue a pro-rata refund with no admin fees once the equipment is back.

Keep in mind, damage caused by misuse, accidents or negligence isn’t covered and any repairs from those will be your responsibility.
