If you've had a change of heart, please return the item to Prezzybox unused and in its original condition within 14 days, and they'll issue a refund. Each returned product must contain all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, including cable ties and plug covers. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened, the product is not in its original condition.
Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Any item found to have been damaged during use, rather than faulty, will be returned to you.
